submitted by Ngoc S. - Apr 02, 2026|Recommended: NoPoor support for maintenance request — I requested for my washer to be fixed. It took weeks for them to figure out maintenance couldn't do anything and call the company of the washer. They did not come on the date they said they would - my machine has been broken for nearly a month.

Pet Policy

Dogs, Cats, Fish, and Caged Birds are welcome! Dogs and cats must be neutered or spayed, and dogs must weigh less than 80 pounds (breed restrictions are: Pitbull, German Shepherd, Rottweiler & Doberman Pinscher).Maximum of 2 pets, $50/mo. for per dog or cat and $25/mo. per small, caged animal, bird, or reptile. No additional deposit is required. We ask that all pets who will be living or visiting your residence be disclosed. Qualified service animals are always welcome, but must be disclosed. Exotic pets are not allowed.
